Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Each item is crafted individually and made to order, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue.
